Over six hundred thousand jobs have been lost this past April. That is six hundred thousand men and women who suddenly find themselves gripped with fear for the future. If you are one of those, take heart. You fear, because you have been lied to. You have been told all of your life that in order to be happy, to be successful, you must do XYZ. You have been told that some jobs, some occupations, are not seemly, are the refugee of the lazy. You have been told that there is no hope now, that any job you find will be lesser than the one you had, that you simply won’t be able to ever live comfortably and happily again.

None of this is true. We will soon find, as a nation, and as a people, that a life is not measured by the job we hold. That we can be happy with the same means of our great ancestors, living in relative poverty, but boiling with joy.
