In these times of economic uncertainty, it is important that you let your voice be heard in the local community. Regardless of your personal politics, you should exercise your rights as a citizen, make plans to attend your city council meetings, Parent Teacher conferences, and any local community events.

Too often we find that our needs are being ignored by the few, or those who simply know how to work the system and use it unjustly. Begin the process of educating yourself by searching for local laws, meeting times, and never fear to send an email or phone call to your state representative.

Although the SoRaA is focused on changing the internal, part of that requires you to recognize your value to society and take an active part in getting you and your communities needs met. We wish you the best in your pursuit of political representation!
