Every day, thousands of people ask questions about weight loss. Dieting and exercise have been made out to be some sort of mystery, when in fact, they are really simpler than the "simple diet" scams that the culture constantly tries to sell. A successful diet and weightloss/gain plan requires first and foremost, that you log your eating and exercise habits. Take a week, and be diligent in recording how much, and what you've eaten, and how often you've exercised. You may be surprised by what you find...

Once you know what isn't working, it's a simple matter to tweak things until you're on the right track. Perhaps you discovered you were drinking three cokes a day, cut them out, and you've saved yourself the equivalent of an hour's worth of cardio.

The methods of weight loss aren't complicated, it is the will power that is difficult to achieve. No cheap, magic bullet will ever give you the internal strength - in fact, it will actually sabotage you. By taking the 'easy' way out, you are telling yourself that it is okay to not succeed (and of course, even if you put in the effort, such scams never work).

Set yourself up for success, take charge. Build a routine, make it a habit, and you will swiftly find yourself building the body you've always wanted.
